16 Year Old Springer ~ mixed

I have a 16 year old springer who is a major part of my family. He is still eating ok and drinking water.

But he does not to get out of his bed lately. I have encouraged him to come with me on short walks. But even those have become shorter.

I know he is 16 and on the older end of life. Is there anything you can tell me about that might help him feel better?

Mungo is my Mums springer and he is 16 years old and does exactlty the same. They are just tired and old and as long as they are not in pain they are fine.

i think as long as he is comfortable, thats all that matters,he will let you know when he cant manage any longer. 16 is an amazing age for a springer x
