Please help!

I have a 8 week old springer spaniel, he's a lovely little pup, but he is always biting my 5 year old black Labrador's back legs, belly and ears. He just wont stop, When he does it, My older dog just wont do nothing as hes the most loving dog you could ask for, He has the occasional growl and bark at him but will not do anything when we know its hurting him. Please could anyone help me on how to sort this as I want my dogs to get on well and not change my black labradors lovely nature.

Springer puppy with Lab NEW
by: Barbara

When my springer was young (she's now almost a year)she was always playfully biting my son's choc lab called Amber, who is 4 years old. Labs have such a wonderful nature Amber too mostly put up with it and did the odd growl or bark. I think this was because they have such a bond. This biting is normal behaviour for a young puppy as it's what they do with other pups. She very rarely bites her now and they are the best of friends.
