Beowulf Bernese Springer Spaniel Mix

Beowulf is half Springer and half Bernese Mountain Dog. It seems there was an 'accident' at a dog breeder and he couldn't wait to get rid of the pups. They were all in a shelter at 6 weeks.
Beowulf is already 34 kilos (75 pounds) at just 8 months old. So he will have the size of a Bernese Mountain Dog, but definitely the character and energy of a Springer!! Beowulf has the curly hair on his back like a Bernese but the head and freckles of a Springer.
Beowulf is my little shadow and follows me everywhere. He *loves* to jump in mud and water. Clean house? Clean dog? Never! :-) He loves to chase balls and anything else that flys through the air like leaves. He simply loves everyone and everything! My biggest 'problem' is that he wants to jump up and kiss everyone. He's adorable.
