	How to stop a springer spaniel from jumping up? by Sharon Weeks (Savannah, GA) I am having a hard time stopping our 2 springer spaniels from jumping on people. We need help! Thank you From Anna@love-springer-spaniels.com Hi Sharon Sorry for the late reply! I use three methods to stop them from jumping 1) As they jump up, raise your kneee that way they cannot put their paws on you and they have to get down again straight away. 2)Turn your back on them as they jump up, again this sends the message that they will not get attention when they jump up. 3) Walk in to their space and dominate it, so you are sending a message that they are lower down the pack.
