Hypoallergenic dog foods for a Springer Spaniel

Which are the best hypoallergentic dog foods? I've looked at the list on the site but still am unsure which one to choose.

My 4 year old Springer is calm and easy going. Never had issues with being hyper. Currently eats Blue natural fish and sweet potatoe. (has been on this for over a year) Have had two weeks of serious scratching. Pimple like pustles which pop open and scap over, mostly on top of his head. Took him to the vet, much better now. Not sure if this is due to seasonal outside allergies? Any suggestions would help.

Hi Wendy
Any hypoallergenic food is great, however as I am uk based I am not in the best posiion to advise you on US brands. However the Dog Food Scoop is a great independent site that reviews dog food quality stateside.

Diaorrhea issues NEW

Hello, hoping someone can give some advice. Our poor 4-year old springer is loosing weight from all her loose, sticky stools, 7-8 times a day. We think it's a reaction from being given antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicine for a swollen paw. It's been going on for 3-4 weeks, so went back to the vet's who gave us more antibiotics and now her tummy is worse!

We've been feeding her chicken, rice and eggs for weeks but doesn't seem to be helping and we are worried. Hoping someone can help. Thanks, from Pippin's owners.
