My 12 Springer Spaniel week puppy snorts when awake and snores when asleep? Is this normal?

My 12 week old ESS puppy snores like a train but when she is awake she snorts sometimes. Is this normal. Will it go away as her muzzle grows?

This is a new one for me so I am not in a position to comment, butif you are at all concerned about their health then visit the vet, otherwise there may be somone from our community who can help.

snorting
by: Anonymous

I've been told that snorting can be a sign of gratification, for example if the dog does it when he's being affectionate, it means he's feeling pretty good.

My 12 year old Springer snores like mad and always has! As Anna said, if you are worried about it you should mention it to your Vet.
