my springer spaniels

I have owned springer spaniels for 10 years now, and I can safely say they are without a doubt the best dogs in the world. they are very loyal and frendly. I have a 8 year old black and white springer spaniel called Grouse and a 6 month old black and white springer spaniel called jessie. I love them to bits there great working dogs and fantastic pets.

I have an 11 week old male. I've never had springer spaniels always australian shepherds. This little guy is very head strong, thick headed. Do springers require a more stern owner, leader type?

I totally agree with you! I wouldn't have any other breed. They are so entertaining, and just...precious! We have 2 - Sammy who is a male black & white, and Cassy, a female black and white with alot of ticking. She's a smaller springer. Both are rescues.
