Springer having trouble walking on lead

Hi guys this is my first time posting on here, I have a 2yr old springer bitch we have trouble walking her on the lead, she just constantly pulls, usually it's not a problem because there is a park behind our house and we just let her run....she's reasonably obedient, so this is not a problem, but we would like to take her on holiday with us, but because she pulls we can just see stress and a nightmare to be honest, but if anyone can offer some advice as to walking her on the lead it would be very much appreciated, thank you in advance :))

Pulling springer NEW
by: Chelle

Hi, I have a 7 month old springer who pulls like a steam train.
I did all the lead training in the garden and house from when I first got her at 8 weeks old and she was brilliant. She picks up anything I teach her really quickly apart from walking on her lead! I could open a shop with all the harnesses, leads and head collars I've tried. I have found that a figure of eight works really well but she hates it and is tries to remove the nose band with both front paws at any opportunity or if she really wants to lunge ahead...it looks bad. I've tried walking in the opposite direction and stopping when she pulls. I feel your pain.
