Springer Spaniel with bad breath!

Hi everyone my springer spaniel has a fairly varied diet and occasionally his breath is very bad i have checked his teeth and they are ok.

I brush his teeth but he doesn't like it one bit does anyone know anything I can feed him to sweeten his breath?

We generally feed dry food to keep teeth healthy. Denta stik every night before bed seems to go down well.
